Exentis reports sales success in the USA

Stetten - The Swiss Exentis Group has reported a positive business performance in the USA. Exentis received orders for nine 3D production systems in the fourth quarter with an order volume of around 20 million Swiss francs from the USA.

Exentis Group AG specializing in industrialized additive manufacturing has gained several contracts to supply 3D production systems to the USA. According to the press release, the order volume for the total of nine systems amounts to around 20 million Swiss francs. With the orders received in the fourth quarter, Exentis has already sold ten production systems to the USA this year.

The group with headquarters in Stetten in the Swiss canton of Aargau reports that it is the provider of the world’s only 3D technology platform to enable industrial large-scale production using a cold printing process. It has been active in the USA for just over a year, where the experienced manager Eric Bert is driving expansion as President Exentis Americas.

Gürsel Demircali, Chief Commercial Officer at Exentis Group AG, commented: “The recent purchase orders for Exentis production systems are a great success in our efforts to further grow our footprint in the USA, the world’s most important market for industrial additive manufacturing solutions.” He added that the orders are a testament to Exentis’ technology platform becoming increasingly established on the market. With regard to the application areas, Demircali mentioned manufacturing millions of ultra-fine industrial parts or tablets with a freely adjustable drug delivery profile in the human body.

According to the press release, demand from other American clients from various industries remains high and above expectations. Exentis states that projects that are currently ongoing will lead to further development projects, contract manufacturing, purchase orders for 3D production systems, and licensing agreements. ce/gba
