BSI Software opens new location in Catania

(CONNECT) According to a press release, BSI Business Systems Integration AG has opened a second location in Italy besides Milan. The BSI subsidiary has been working in Catania on the island of Sicily since March. The announcement reports that a team of qualified specialists will help with ongoing projects and provide support in the Italian language. 

According to the corporate release from the software manufacturer with headquarters in Baden in the canton of Aargau, BSI’s CRM and CX solutions have already been met with a great deal of interest in Italy. For example Athora Italia s.p.A., a life insurance company from the Athora Group, recently started to offer BSI’s platform. It goes on to add that further product launches are nearing completion. The successful customer acquisition reportedly highlights the relevance of the solutions and demonstrates the potential for further growth. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and CX for Customer Experience.

Markus Brunold, CEO of BSI Software, commented: “Our expansion in Italy marks an important milestone. With the new location in Catania, we are reinforcing our local presence and creating the ideal foundation for providing our Italian customers with even better support.
